Please read all of the registration guidelines below to prepare to register your quilts with our Show
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Step 1: Read the Entry Guidelines and Shipping Policy to Ensure Your Quilt Meets the Requirements:
Read our “2026 Entry Guidelines” and “2026 Shipping Guidelines” below to make sure your quilt will meet those requirements and that you understand the new 2026 Shipping policies.
Step 2: Pay the Registration Fee and any Shipping:
Please note your quilt will NOT be accepted until payment is made

Step 3: Complete Your Registration Information

(Please note: due to volume, registration approval may take up to 2 weeks)
Quilt Drop Off information:
Quilts can be dropped off at the Quilt Service Center (formerly Event Office) between Wednesday, June 24 & Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
Office hours are 10 am to 2 pm every day.
Closed Sunday, June 28.
Quilt Service Center address will be posted on June 1, 2026.
Quilt Pick Up information:
Quilts can be picked up from the Quilt Service Center (formerly Event Office) beginning Sunday, July 12th through Tuesday, July 14th, 2026.
There is no quilt pick up on Saturday, July 11 following the Quilt Show.
Sunday, July 12 hours are 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.
Monday, July 13 – Tuesday, July 14 hours are 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
We will happily return ship your quilt(s) no later than Wednesday, July 15 via your own prepaid shipping label or via our shipping carrier. New 2026 Shipping Guidelines here.
2026 Important Dates:
General:
May 01: Last Day to Register in the General Show (unless maximum entries reached prior to this date)
June 24 -July 1: Quilt drop off or shipped quilt delivery.
June 28 - Event Office closed
Quilt Pickup / Return Shipping:
July 12: 8:30am – 1pm
July 13 – 14: 10am - 2pm
